How Mind Power Can Assist Or Derail Your Training Program
A reflection on how 2 days can make a dramatic difference. 2 Days ago, I set out for my Midweek Maintenance Training Run as part pf the Jeff Galloway 42.2K Marathon Training Program. It was horrible from the start, and I wanted to stop and turn back at the 1k, 2k, 3k & 4k mark. Blisters, cramps and heavy legs made everything feel horrible and for the first time in my training program, I doubted that I had a marathon in me. I persevered however, and slowly slogged out the 10k that I had to run as part of the program.
